Effective date: 14 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Squadly, an online football draft game available at thesquadly.com and through our mobile applications (together, the "Service"). Squadly is operated by The Squadly Co ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, playing as a guest, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Squadly is a turn-based, two-player online game in which players draft countries and build squads of real-world footballers, competing on publicly available career statistics. The Service includes matchmaking against other players or computer opponents, private friend rooms, and multiple game modes.
You agree not to:
We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, and may remove content (such as usernames or avatars) that we consider abusive.
Footballer names and career statistics used in the game are compiled from publicly available sources. Statistics may be incomplete or contain inaccuracies, and are provided for entertainment purposes only. Squadly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, any football league, club, or player.
The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by The Squadly Co and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Lives, XP, levels, ranks, and similar in-game values have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted, reset, or discontinued as part of game balancing or feature changes.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. In-progress matches may be lost during maintenance or outages; lives consumed by a match that fails due to a Service outage may be restored at our discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as sections 6, 9, and 11) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts and consumer arbitration bodies.
